It’s Just Period, in collaboration with WHEN, the Deon Policy Institute, and Lidl Hellas, is implementing the #StopPeriodPoverty program with the aim of combating period poverty in Greece. Our goal is to ensure that every woman, girl, and person who menstruates has access to essential period products, without their lack affecting hygiene, education, or participation in social life.
Through this partnership, we seek to provide meaningful support, awareness, and practical solutions to those who need them most.
As part of the program:
Through this collaboration, It’s Just Period, WHEN, the Deon Policy Institute, and Lidl Hellas are joining forces to reduce the economic and social barriers created by period poverty, promoting equal access to period products, combating stigma, and ensuring a dignified quality of life for every woman, girl, and person who menstruates in Greece.
Although menstruation is a completely natural part of life, we often find it difficult to talk about it openly. This guide was created to help parents and caregivers start these conversations with their children in a comfortable, honest, and confident way.
This guide is part of the #StopPeriodPoverty program, an initiative by It’s Just Period, WHEN, the Deon Policy Institute, and Lidl Hellas to combat period poverty and menstrual stigma.
